The tractor-trailer collided with a tanker truck and jackknifed at milepost 41 in Parsippany around 9:50 a.m., NJSP Alejandro Goez told Daily Voice.
Four of five right lanes were closed for cleanup following the crash, Goez said.
Major delays were reported.
No serious injuries occurred in the crash, which remained under investigation.
